Elements Nature Program

Elements Nature Program (ENP) operates Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays from Sept - June.

Location: Round the Bend Farm, South Dartmouth, MA

Elements Nature Program (Elements) is a year-round, nature-based, drop-off learning program, geared toward children ages 5-10 years old. Since 2018, Elements has operated as a licensed recreational camp at Round The Bend Farm: A Center for Restorative Community in South Dartmouth, MA. When weather allows, children are outdoors 100% of the day, with access to shelter for unsafe weather conditions. During the winter months, children are outdoors 70% of the time, while remaining cozy indoors for meals and rest time, and for breaks from freezing temps as needed.

Using the natural setting of the farm and nature trails, Elements provides a holistic learning approach where the curriculum is child-led and responsive to the learner's needs. We incorporate hands-on education of local ecosystems, healthy movement, food systems, art, literature, mathematics, science, music & social thinking. Families of enrolled children have opportunities before and during the year to meet with Program Directors to discuss and plan for their child's individual goals and progress.

Our protocols and procedures always meet the health and safety regulations and requirements of the state, town, and Round the Bend Farm, including those for Covid-19.

Tier 1 - Pay it forward! Covers the full cost of your program and a portion to a family in need. 

Tier 2 - Covers the full cost of your program.

Tier 3 - A subsidized option. Covers a partial cost of your program to meet the needs of families with lower income.

Annual Cost per Child

Tier 1 - $8,515     /     Tier 2 - $7,950       /    Tier 3 - $6,815

Monthly Cost (after $250 Deposit)

Tier 1 - $826.5        /     Tier 2 - $770          /    Tier 3 - $656.5

ENP tuition payments will be due May 1st. The full balance is due August 1st, unless a payment plan is requested.

The payment plan schedule will be 10 monthly installments beginning on May 1st. A late fee of $10 will be applied to any overdue payment.

25/26 DATES:

ENP operates 35 weeks per year, 3 days per week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays.

2025: Sept 9th - Dec 18th (OFF on Nov 25, 26, 27)
2026: Jan 13th - Jun 12th (OFF on Apr 14, 15, 16)

HOURS: 9am-3pm

*A non-refundable $250 deposit is due by April 1st, and must be paid before completing this form. This is required of scholarship applicants as well.

Scholarship Info

Elements is proud to award scholarships to 30% of participants year round. Scholarships are available when registration space is available. Because of our limited scholarship availability, please apply for a scholarship only if you are in true need. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and funds available.

**Scholarship Applications Must be in by 2/15/25 for the '25/'26 school year.
